The
District X Mentoring Committee has revamped the mentoring
program to create opportunities for mentees and mentors to
network and interact in an informal setting. The committee
will host 3 social events that will focus on specific
interest areas. All individuals interested in being a
mentor or mentee are invited to participate.
The
first social event will be on Thursday, November 20th
at 6 pm in Garden Grove. The social includes dinner, tour
of the Gem Theater, followed by a stage production of Steel
Magnolias from 8 – 10 pm. The Cost is $8 per person. The
event will focus on the interest areas of event management,
administration, travel and tourism and cultural arts.
